for Base Station Planning Applications
January 2001 - January 2003

Note these decisions are a mixture of full planning and prior approval aplications, approximately 30% of all appeals in this two year period were won by the local communities/local authorities. The list includes all known decision, those that were both heavily contested and those that were not, from those that Mast Sanity are involved in it is clear that a greater percentage of decisions result in a refusal of permission where the local community put up a strong case against the installation
