Planning Sanity Service Donations

Unfortunately due to the failure of the vast majority that use our services to make any donations towards our work we have been forced to introduce a more stringent minimum donation scheme for a number of the areas of our work. If our financial position improves in the future then it is our intention to withdraw this scheme. All those requesting us to undertake this work will be expected to make the appropriate minimum donation set out below, work up and above the appropriate level has a suggested additional minimum donation of £20 per hours work, except where a set donation is indicated. All funds raised from these new suggested minimum donations will be used to further our work and to expand the activities of Planning Sanity.

Most of this work requires that you supply us with copies of documents, and that sufficient time is allowed to fit it into our busy schedule. Whilst we will always attempt to respond to urgent cases we cannot gaurantee to do so, it is therefore in your interests to contact us as early as possible. You can call our helpline (0871-750-3992) Mon to Fri 11am to 7pm or send us an email toinfo@planningsanity.co.uk when we attempt to respond within 24 hours (but cannot promise at busy times). Our general advise is free and hopefully we shall be able to return to our normal free service for all our services in the near future once our finances have stabalised.

Compiling representation to Village/Town Green Registration Authority	£100
Representation at Village/Town Green Inquiry/Tribunal	£250 per inquiry day (Plus time taken to prepare case) Plus out of pocket expenses
Attending public meeting	Out of pocket expenses
Training Forums	£15 per person attending per day. Or £150 per day where organised on behalf of local campaigns Plus charges of any experts that attend Includes expenses for PS facilitator
Seminars (community based)	Out of pocket expenses
Local Authority and Commercial Seminars	£500 per day Plus cost/expenses of any experts that attend Includes expenses for PS facilitator
Preparing representation to Ombudsman	£100
Acting as agent through Planning Process, Villge/Town Green application, or Ombudsman complaint	£250 (per days work)
