LETTERS
Please note the letters provided in this section are intended for your use, and can be freely adopted to suit (subject to our normal terms and conditions, which are set out in our legal notice). However, if you use a letter with Planning Sanity headed paper then please ensure that we receive a copy of the letter, in order that we can pass on any replies - by email by post to Planning Sanity, 56 Kimmeridge Ave, Parkstone, Poole, Dorset, BH12 3NX.
Planning Sanity can supply personalised letters to Planning Departments, Landowners, Operators and others. A minimum donation of £10 should be made for each letter compiled. Just complete this form, or send us details via an email then make your donation. The completed letter will be sent first to you for confirmation that it suites your intended need, upon confirmation we will then send the letter to the respective recipient.

Please note not all these legal links will be relevant, they are included for completeness, the most important being PPG8 and the GPDO. Others may not be online, anyone wanting to volunteer to scan them would be appreciated, in order that we can make them available to others. Also look at the Planning Sanity Legal Forum, particularly for Planning Policy Guidance Notes, which may be relevant to Mast applications, such as PPG2 'Green Belts', or PPG24 'Noise'.
